So it was my birthday two weeks ago – I was 27 again – hurrah! The day itself fell on a Wednesday which is a kind of average-day-during-the-week in a suck kind of way, but I guess it’s like that most years, right? The presents I got this year were definitely food-based mostly. From Ma and Pa I got to replace this worse for wear and not working all that well food processor:

I also got a couple of cookery books, an Amazon gift voucher, a Mulberry soap bag (nice!) and a Mulberry keyring in the shape of a dog which I like. So all in all it was a good day!
