Ohhhh. I feel awful today. I woke up at 4.15am this morning, and couldn’t get back to sleep until 7am. I tried getting up, having a glass of water, going back to bed, switching on the light and reading three chapters of a book and then trying to go to sleep, and none of the seemed to work. I also tried to get to sleep in every position I could think of and with / without pillows etc.
As a result I am totally wrecked today. If the same thing happens tonight I will be raging.
