New Year’s resolutions

Well, mine are a) gym EVERY night until I shift at least a stone, b) cook more (hardly cooked at all since I got to London, and it’s much healthier than endless ready meals) and therefore healthier eating, and c) drink less Diet Coke and more water (particularly after this scary article in the Guardian the other week!)

What’s yours then? And how are you planning to make sure you stick to them?!!
