I got some great presents this year for Christmas – including the JBL On Time speaker for my Ipod (that’s it above). It’s basically a really good-sounding speaker for my iPod, and it includes an alarm clock so I can wake to music rather than crazy BEEP-BEEP-BEEPING from my old alarm clock. Other cool stuff I got was:
- a $50 US iTunes voucher (check out “I’m Listening To” on the right to see what I’ve bought so far!)
- a $100 Hollister voucher (will come in handy for when I’m in Dallas later this month)
- some Ruehl clothes (a new store owned by Abercrombie)
- a new Nike watch from Jill to replace my old one which wasn’t waterproof any longer
- something from Jack Wills from Ailse
- the ever welcome Oor Wullie annual
- Scene It (the music version!)
I was really pleased with the presents I gave everyone in the family this year. Everyone got the same thing (and an additional present as well) which was a family calendar. I’d never ordered anything from iPhoto before, but it was really easy to make, and the print quality was really good, as you can’t really tell from the photo below!
You can put people’s pictures in on their birthday (like mine on the 14th of Jan!) and everyone really liked it. They also came in a cool Apple box as well (I only hope Ailse didn’t think I’d bought her the Macbook she was after.)
