Well I heard this week that I passed my board (what the BBC calls an interview) for the Producer’s register!

Is it a promotion? Kind of. It means basically I am now on the Producers register, so when (and if) I go back to Belfast it means I can be called upon to produce a series. But I may have to go back to being an Assistant Producer until the next producing gig comes along.

However, I’m happy! At the moment I am planning on going back to Belfast when my attachment in London finishes in April next year, and this means I will perhaps get a bit more responsibility (and £££!)
