Amazing! My overnight delivery from Amazon appears to be going back in time. First expected to be delivered on the 31st of December, then the 7th of January, and then today it is showing as due to be delivered last Friday.
On top of that City Link have the most awesome call centre ever. If you call them you get a recorded message saying they are too busy to answer your call, and then get disconnected. What a brilliant customer service ruse! Rant over!
